30-Day Return and Exchange Window

At Reyes Fashion #2, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving your order. Contact us within that period before sending an item back. We accept eligible returns for reasons such as a size that does not fit or a change of mind, as well as items that arrive damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.

Eligibility and Exceptions

For a change-of-mind or size-related return, clothing must be unworn except for trying it on, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with tags attached and original packaging where available. Please include proof of purchase. Items showing wear, stains, washing, alterations, or removed tags are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. These conditions do not limit remedies available under applicable law for damaged, defective, or incorrect goods.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If, for example, a blouse has a torn seam or you receive the wrong size, contact us promptly and provide photos so we can help.

How to Return

Email info@reyesfashion2.com or call +18054018868 within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item, and the reason for your request. For damage or defects, include photos if possible.
We will review your request and provide return instructions and any applicable shipping details.
Pack the item securely, include proof of purchase, and send it to Reyes Fashion #2, 729 Cooper Rd, Oxnard, CA 93030. Use a trackable service and keep your receipt.
After delivery, we will inspect the item and notify you of the result.

How to Exchange

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the item and the replacement size or item you would like. After we approve the request, return the original item using the instructions above to 729 Cooper Rd, Oxnard, CA 93030. Once we receive and inspect it, we will arrange the replacement if available. If it is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss a refund or another option. Any price difference will be explained before the exchange is completed.

Return and Exchange Shipping Costs

For an item that arrives damaged or defective, or if we sent the wrong item, we cover the return shipping and replacement shipping. For other reasons, including a change of mind or an exchange for a different size, the customer is responsible for return and replacement shipping. We will explain applicable costs before you send the item. Any required statutory rights remain unaffected.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether it is approved. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. Once issued, the refund generally appears within 5–10 business days; the actual time depends on your bank or card issuer. If you have not received it after that, please contact your bank and then contact us for assistance.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel, contact us immediately before your order has shipped. Orders successfully canceled before shipment receive a full refund to the original payment method, with no additional handling fee. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled; please follow the return and refund process above.
