Welcome to Reyes Fashion #2. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Reyes Fashion #2. We operate this clothing store and website, including its content, features, products, and related services (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the platform that enables us to offer the Services.

By accessing or using the Services, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. Our Products and Orders

We offer clothing and related items for sale. We aim to present product descriptions, sizing, colors, images, availability, and prices accurately, but colors may look different on different screens and descriptions may contain errors. Please review the product details and size information before ordering. We may correct errors or update information, subject to applicable law.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons such as unavailable stock, an incorrect price, suspected fraud, or an inability to process payment. If we cancel after receiving payment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items using the original payment method.

Pricing and Payment

Prices and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Prices may change, but changes do not affect an order already accepted except where required or permitted by law. Shipping costs, if any, are displayed before you place your order. You agree to provide valid payment and billing information. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the United States. Orders are generally processed in 1–3 business days, with a 2:00 PM Pacific Time order cutoff, and transit generally takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Standard shipping is free, and UPS is our delivery partner. Estimates may be affected by circumstances outside our control. Returns and Refunds

Eligible return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days after delivery. Conditions, return instructions, shipping costs, and refund timing are explained in our Refunds & Returns Policy. Please contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Intellectual Property

The content of the Services, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design, belongs to Reyes Fashion #2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may use it for personal, noncommercial shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REYES FASHION #2, SHOPIFY, AND OUR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, SAVINGS, OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS, SO THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT LAWFUL AND DO NOT AFFECT NON-WAIVABLE CONSUMER RIGHTS.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, including for a breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law. You remain responsible for amounts due through the termination date. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and other applicable provisions, will continue to apply.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reyes Fashion #2, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of law or a third party’s rights, or your access to or use of the Services.

We will notify you of an indemnifiable claim; a delay in notice will not relieve your obligations unless it materially prejudices you. We may control the defense and settlement at your expense, including choosing counsel, but will not settle a claim imposing non-monetary obligations on you without your consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld. You agree to cooperate reasonably, including by providing relevant documents.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in this section deprives you of protections that cannot be waived under applicable law.
