Shipping Area and Cost

Reyes Fashion #2 ships orders within the United States only. Standard shipping is free on all orders. We do not currently ship internationally.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Our order cutoff is 2:00 PM Pacific Time. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will begin processing on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Time and Delivery Partner

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Including processing, estimated delivery is 4–8 business days. We ship with UPS. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or an incomplete address.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Use the number on the UPS website to follow your package. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact us with your order number and email address.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel, contact us immediately before your order has shipped. Orders successfully canceled before shipment receive a full refund to the original payment method, with no additional handling fee. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled; please follow our return and refund process instead.
